Note: Due to continued limitations of the pandemic, this program has been placed on hiatus for the summer of 2022. We look forward to hopefully resuming the program in 2023.

The 2021 Social Science Summer Research Program is now accepting applications. High school students with a strong interest in social science are encouraged to apply. The program is four weeks, from July 12th - August 6th, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the program will take place online over Zoom, with most lessons taking place on weekdays between the hours of 8:00-11:00 am Eastern Standard Time/8:00-11:00 pm China Standard Time.

Tuition and Financial Aid
Tuition for the program is $5,500 per student. The NYC Future Researchers Scholarship provides NYC-based students from low-income families with a full scholarship to the program. Out-of-state students may also apply for financial aid. Students interested in applying for financial aid should indicate so on the application below.

Application and Admissions
The final day to turn in an application is Thursday, April 1st, 2021 for international students and Friday, May 28th, 2021 for US students. Applicants may be asked to interview or provide supporting documents. They will be notified of admissions decisions on a rolling basis and by June 15th at the latest.
